The ideal candidate will assist in daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, support sales growth, and supervise staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day retail challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain stock levels, oversee inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment. Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management. Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards are maintained. Support in planning and executing promotional activities and offers. Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Minimum 2+ years of experience in the retail industry (preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role).
