Job responsibilities

Manage and run the sales for the store.
Use your retail knowledge and experience to gauge various parameters to keep your store on track.
Manage merchandising and ageing at the store.
Manage profitability along with the targets given.
Lead the team proactively to ensure maximum productivity
Mentor, train, motivate and provide feedback to team members
Ensure that the brand standards are maintained
