Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue:
Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
Customer Experience:
Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brands premium positioning and values.
Visual Merchandising:
Maintain product displays and store ambience as per brand guidelines.
Inventory Management:
Track stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment, and prevent stock-outs.
Operations:
Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Brand Representation:
Be the face of reset at the airport, ensuring brand standards are maintained at all times.
Compliance:
Adhere to airport security protocols and store operational policies.

Requirements

Graduate degree preferred, relevant certifications in retail management a plus.
25 years of experience
as a Retail Store Manager or equivalent in a premium/luxury brand environment.
Fluent in English
(spoken and written); additional languages will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer service-oriented.
Proficient in POS systems and moderate expertise MS Office.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (airport operational hours).
