Job Description

Role Overview: As a Retail Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify new customers, nurture existing customers, and lead the development of H&D (Switchgear, Switches, and Home automation business) - Retail business in Pune and PCMC region. Key Responsibilities: - Create a robust lead pipeline by establishing effective relationships with IDs/Architects. - Lead a team of TSIs (off-roll) and appoint new Retail counters. - Adhere to secondary planning and reporting. - Appoint new channel partners in the area to bring in primary business. - Have a disruptive mindset to pivot and achieve 2X business outputs. - Excel in data analysis, competition mapping, and value selling. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Retail Sales of Switches, MCB, PCBs, and other electrical products through distributors and partners.,
