Role Description: 🚀 What You’ll Do

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The responsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors, addressing inquiries, answering phone calls, managing reservations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining a welcoming and professional environment while ensuring a positive customer experience. Coordinate with production & logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and on-time deliveries. Handle customer escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Customer Relationship Duties
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and appointment scheduling
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office tools
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a professional demeanor
• Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus
