Role Description Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by staying well-informed about all products and collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Welcome and greet customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Assist and engage with customers by answering inquiries and offering product information and styling advice when needed. Guide customers through the store by escorting them to specific racks, counters, or product sections. Record and update customer information to build and maintain accurate sales and profile records. Handle financial transactions efficiently, including billing, processing payments through cash, credit, or debit cards, and issuing receipts.
