Job Description

 Key Performance Area: ·        Distributor Appointment & onboarding outlets.   ·        Corporate tie up – Making tie ups with Corporate, cafeteria’s, canteens etc.   Daily Activities:   Core Responsibilities Partner Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop relationships with channel partners. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement channel sales strategies and marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams. Training & Support: Provide partners with necessary product training, technical assistance, and sales resources. Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales data, track partner performance, and address issues to ensure targets are met. Contract Negotiation: Manage partner agreements, including commissions and incentives.  Key Skills & Qualifications Experience: Background in sales, business development, or channel management. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical abilities. Education: Often a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
