Retail Sales Executive

You will be responsible for attending and assisting walk-in customers in the retail store. Your role will involve demonstrating product knowledge and suggesting suitable solutions to customers. Additionally, you will handle daily sales, billing, and provide basic chemist-related assistance. It will be your duty to maintain stock displays, ensure proper product handling, and prevent damages. Keeping accurate records of sales and customer requirements is crucial. Your target will be to achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management. Coordination with team members and supporting day-to-day retail operations is also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - 12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in chemicals, cosmetics, or pharma products - Basic knowledge of chemical/cosmetic products will be an added advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Male candidates are preferred - Candidates from nearby locations are preferred The company offers leave encashment as a benefit.
