Greetings, At IT World, we take great pride in being a renowned retail establishment that specializes in the sales of highly-regarded brands, including HP, Samsung, and Ray-Ban for sunglasses. Since our establishment in June 2003, we have expanded to 88 retail stores, strategically situated in key locations across major cities like Bangalore, Coimbatore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Mumbai and Pune. Designation: Sales Executive Experience: 1 to 10 Years Roles: Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Rayban Coolers by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Rayban Coolers models, features, and specifications. Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, active listening, and understanding customer needs. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking. Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the key features of Rayban Coolers. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for customers. Follow up with customers to close deals. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers and close sales transactions. Handle objections and concerns effectively. Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and pricing strategies. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
