We Are Hiring Counter Sales Executive

About the Role:-

Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in choosing jewellery as per their needs.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and stock availability at counters.
Handle billing processes and customer transactions accurately.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Provide after-sales service and handle queries with professionalism.
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and sales protocols.

Candidate Profile

1–4 years of proven experience in jewellery or fashion retail sales (counter sales).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Smart, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Fluent in English & local language.
