An Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for selling new or used vehicles by understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, negotiating prices, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of models, promotions, and competitors
• Prepare sales documents and coordinate with finance and insurance teams
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Prior experience in sales or customer service (automobile sales preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
