Retail Sales Associate

Role Objective:

To deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable jewellery products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the store
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in product selection
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and current promotions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
• Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Assist in inventory management, billing, and documentation as required
• Adhere to store SOPs and company policies at all times
• Provide feedback on customer trends and product preferences

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in jewellery, fashion, or premium/luxury products)
