Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies.
• Suggest and upsell products to increase sales.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills for operating POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
