Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash handling activities, including billing and customer payments.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure accurate inventory management by maintaining stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).
Strong skills in activation, billing, cashier activities, customer handling, inventory management, sales executive activities, and store operations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
