1. Stock & Inventory Management. 2. Market Interaction. 3. regular analysis of sales and stocks – region / store / category wise. 4. To prepare various reports as per the timelines, daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly. 5. Monitoring sell-through and ensuring rebuys basis stock analysis and market feedback. 6.Stock planning for new stores as per the category budget assigned, taking in to account stock in hand in the region. 7. Monitoring sell-through and ensuring rebuys basis stock analysis and market feedback. 8.Develop and implement planning grid for season specific buying for each store. 9. Regular store visits to understand and analyze the prevailing trends, customer taste and demand patterns in the market and sharing objective inputs with the PSC and the MRH. 10. To provide support to the store teams during peak selling season.
