Job Description

Your role as a Retail Marketing Manager at The Organic World will involve developing and executing market plans, overseeing retail marketing strategies, and managing projects. You will be responsible for coordinating sales events, brand management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and brand vision. - Strengthen The Organic World brand positioning as a leader in clean, sustainable, and organic retail. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and consumer touchpoints. - Conceptualize and manage 360 marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, influencer, and PR). - Drive product launch campaigns, in-store activations, and seasonal promotions. - Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver creative assets that enhance customer engagement. - Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - Manage paid media budgets and analyze campaign performance for ROI optimization. - Work with agencies and internal teams to increase online visibility and customer conversions. - Design and execute local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales. - Support franchise partners with brand collaterals, promotions, and community engagement programs. - Coordinate marketing activities for new store openings and events. - Analyze customer data, feedback, and trends to refine marketing strategies. - Leverage analytics tools to track brand performance, customer acquisition, and retention metrics. - Present monthly marketing performance reports to management. - Partner with Merchandising, E-commerce, CRM, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities. - Liaise with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners for timely execution of campaigns. Qualifications & Experience: - MBA / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field. - 8-12 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors. - Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution. - Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
