Job Title:

Role Summary

The Retail L&D Support & Operations Executive will support the backend operations of the Learning & Development function for Titan’s retail network. This role involves managing the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating with vendors, handling training-related financial documentation, and maintaining accurate and timely reports. The position is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • LMS Administration

    • Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access control, and group structuring.
    • Upload and configure learning content in supported formats (SCORM, MP4, PDF, etc.).
    • Track learner progress, attendance, and completion metrics.
    • Support trainers in scheduling and managing classroom, virtual, and on-the-job sessions.
  • Provision & Vendor Coordination

    • Maintain monthly training expense records and submit financial provisions.
    • Coordinate with vendors for invoice collection, documentation, and payment follow-ups.
    • Facilitate internal approvals for advance and urgent payments.
  • Training & Compliance Reporting

    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor:
      • Training attendance and completion
      • User engagement and compliance
      • Assessment and test results
      • LMS usage and focus module tracking
    • Archive reports for audit readiness and internal reviews.
  • Project Support

    • Assist in backend processes for quarterly learning and engagement programs.
    • Manage participant tracking, validation, and regional trainer coordination.
    • Support event planning, logistics, and communication for final evaluation rounds.
  • Ad-hoc & Stakeholder Support

    • Upload learning modules and maintain training documentation.
    • Build and customize reports as per business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (trainers, content, IT, vendors) to improve tools and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • LMS Expertise:

    Hands-on experience with enterprise learning platforms; capable of managing users and content.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data tools; ability to clean, interpret, and visualize data effectively and present.
  • Process Orientation:

    Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and adherence to timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Effective communication and coordination across internal departments and external vendors.
  • Project Coordination:

    Ability to support multiple training initiatives and contribute to end-to-end execution.
