We are seeking a sharp and analytical Retail Inventory Planner to lead OTB and inventory planning across our offline stores and digital channels. The ideal candidate should bring strong retail math and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in managing inventory in an omnichannel setup. Responsibilities include creating and managing Open-to-Buy plans, optimizing stock levels across locations, strategic allocation based on store performance, and driving business decisions with data. Experience in fashion, jewelry, or beauty is highly preferred.
Build & manage OTB plans aligned with category strategy
Project demand using historical data & trendsMaintain optimal stock levels across platformsCoordinate timely replenishmentsCollaborate with Buying/Merch to curate assortmentsTrack sell-through and present actionable insightsPartner with Marketing on markdowns & promotionsWork cross-functionally across teams for execution
