We are seeking a sharp and analytical Retail Inventory Planner to lead OTB and inventory planning across our offline stores and digital channels. The ideal candidate should bring strong retail math and data interpretation skills, with hands-on experience in managing inventory in an omnichannel setup. Responsibilities include creating and managing Open-to-Buy plans, optimizing stock levels across locations, strategic allocation based on store performance, and driving business decisions with data. Experience in fashion, jewelry, or beauty is highly preferred. Build & manage OTB plans aligned with category strategy Project demand using historical data & trends Maintain optimal stock levels across platforms Coordinate timely replenishments Collaborate with Buying/Merch to curate assortments Track sell-through and present actionable insights Partner with Marketing on markdowns & promotions Work cross-functionally across teams for execution
