Job Description

Role & responsibilities

As a Merchandiser for the brand portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring the right product is available at the right place, time, quantity, and price. You will support brand performance and retail sales through effective inventory planning, product assortment, replenishment strategies, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury or premium merchandise planning, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchandise strategies for multi-brand and mono-brand luxury boutiques.
Monitor and analyze sell-through, stock turn, and product performance across stores.
Coordinate with brand principals for order placements, product launches, and exclusive editions.
Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to align product positioning with consumer preferences.
Identify opportunities to optimize product allocation, manage stock transfers, and reduce overstock or understock situations.
Create daily/weekly/monthly merchandising reports and present performance insights with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to drive product strategy.

Requirements:

Preferred experience in merchandising or planning within luxury fashion, accessories, or watch segments.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Experience working with international brands or distributors is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
