- Global Retail Experience Team – Lenskart
The Global Retail Experience Team at Lenskart is responsible for shaping the strategic and design direction of in-store brand experiences across our retail footprint. Operating at the intersection of brand, customer experience, and offline retail, the team crafts the visual language, customer journey flow, and experience principles that guide how our brand comes to life within physical environments.We define the retail experience strategy — from how the consumer navigates the store, to how products are presented and stories are told — ensuring every store reflects a consistent brand tonality and drives meaningful engagement. Our focus spans campaign integration, visual storytelling, product zoning, and customer flow optimization.We work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Brand, Design, Merchandising, Category, Central Operations, and VM Execution to ensure a cohesive and impactful retail presence. We also support new store rollouts and format explorations from a visual merchandising perspective, ensuring alignment between spatial planning and brand experience, while maintaining visual and experiential guardrails.Ultimately, our goal is to build cohesive and compelling retail environments that drive both brand affinity and business impact.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Project Management & Operations
- Oversee the execution of offline brand experiences, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery across all stores.
- Manage timelines and resources or various initiatives, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
- Coordinate with regional managers and store teams to implement local adaptations while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with retail operations, product, marketing, and digital teams to align in-store experiences with broader brand initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure smooth execution of product placements, promotions, and store layouts that maximize customer engagement.
- Visual Merchandising & Store Design
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and store design teams to create impactful in-store displays that drive sales and product visibility.
- Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising strategies across all stores, aligning with brand identity and goals.
- In-Store Experience Development
- Implement engaging, immersive store environments that enhance the customer journey and foster brand loyalty.
- Ensure each store consistently reflects Lenskart’s brand identity, providing a premium shopping experience.
- Customer Journey Optimization and Enhancement
- Map out the offline customer journey to identify key touchpoints influencing purchasing behavior.
- Streamline store layouts and communication strategies to make consumer navigation intuitive and efficient.
- Analyze consumer behavior to inform product display and placement strategies, ensuring easy exploration and visibility of diverse product offerings.
What You Will Bring To This Role
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in visual merchandising, brand marketing, retail management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in retail operations or project management or client servicing & operations roles in agencies.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on operational execution.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good to have: Retail experience in a dynamic environment; Understanding of consumer journey.
