Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive architectural project plans, including design timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead end-to-end execution of retail projects—from concept through construction—ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

2. Design & Quality Assurance

• Produce and review detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Ensure all designs meet client requirements, brand guidelines, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality checks at various project phases to ensure high design and execution standards.

3. Resource & Vendor Management

• Allocate and manage internal design resources and external consultants/freelancers.
• Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery of architectural services and materials.

4. Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies in design or project management workflows and implement improvements.
• Introduce new tools, methods, or processes to enhance overall team productivity and project outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with departments such as marketing, operations, procurement, and finance to ensure seamless project alignment with business objectives.
• Present and communicate design intent to stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Education

  : Degree in Architecture, AutoCAD Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience

  : Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail architecture or architectural design, with a focus on commercial or retail projects.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  , and ideally familiar with other design tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work with retail brands, store rollouts, or commercial interiors.
