If you enjoy turning ideas into immersive, buildable spaces, this position is perfect for you. **Role Overview:** As an Architect at Flowchart Retail Consultancy, your primary responsibilities will include: - Co-creating complete drawing sets including GFCs, technical drawings, and furniture layouts. - Collaborating with malls, clients, and consultants at various stages of the project. - Providing technical support to the concept team, from feasibility studies to detailed design. - Ensuring that vendors align builds with the original design vision. - Reviewing, validating, and approving final drawing packages. - Researching and incorporating the latest materials, finishes, and production techniques. - Adapting global retail design concepts for regional implementation. - Travelling for site visits, meetings, and troubleshooting as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Willingness to travel for project requirements.
