Retail Architect

As an Architect at our organization, your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating on the creation of comprehensive drawing sets, including GFCs, technical drawings, and furniture specifications. - Liaising with malls, clients, and consultants at various stages of multiple projects. - Providing technical support to the concept team, assisting from feasibility assessment to detailed design. - Directing vendors to ensure that construction aligns with the original design vision. - Reviewing, verifying, and approving final drawing packages. - Conducting research to integrate the latest materials, finishes, and production techniques. - Adapting global retail design concepts for regional implementation. - Traveling for site inspections, meetings, and addressing on-site challenges. This position is based in Thane and requires 3-5 years of relevant experience on a full-time basis.
