Retail Architect

Job Summary: As a Retail Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative spaces for our clients. You will work closely with our team of designers, project managers, and clients to create unique and engaging experiences. Your main objective will be to translate our clients' visions into well-designed and functional retail spaces that meet their specific needs and requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and designers to develop concepts and design strategies

2. Create 2D and 3D conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, detailed technical drawing using software such as AutoCAD or other related software

3. Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications that adhere to industry standards and local building codes

4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

5. Participate in site visits and attend construction meetings to ensure project progress and quality control

6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the design and construction process

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and architecture

8. Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS -

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture B.Arch
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail design architecture, with a focus on concept development and design
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD or other related software
• Knowledgeable in local building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Portfolio showcasing previous retail design projects and concept development is preferred
