Job Description

You will oversee all restaurant operations to ensure seamless service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading, training, and motivating staff to maintain high performance and professionalism. You will monitor daily financials, including budgets, sales targets, cost control, and profitability. It will be your duty to ensure adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly to maintain a strong reputation will also be a part of your role. You will coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent quality in food and service. Planning and executing marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to boost footfall will be essential. Managing vendor relationships, inventory levels, and supply ordering will be under your purview. You will prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to ownership or senior management. It is crucial to foster a positive, team-oriented work culture that aligns with the restaurant's brand and standards. This position requires full-time availability on a permanent basis. You should be able to work day shifts and have weekend availability. The work location is in person.,
