Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive team environment while achieving profitability and maintaining our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and professionalism
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective operations
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
• Resolve customer issues promptly and with a customer-first mindset
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Implement marketing initiatives and suggest ideas to increase footfall and brand visibility
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English is a must
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late hours

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant software, and reporting tools
• Experience in a multi-cuisine or premium casual dining environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
