We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive team environment while achieving profitability and maintaining our brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver high performance and professionalism Maintain quality and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective operations Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability Resolve customer issues promptly and with a customer-first mindset Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation Implement marketing initiatives and suggest ideas to increase footfall and brand visibility Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluency in English is a must Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and late hours Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant software, and reporting tools Experience in a multi-cuisine or premium casual dining environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: total work: 3 years (Required) Food & Beverage Service Occupations: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
