Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager with 4–8 years of experience in restaurant or café management. The Café Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure excellent guest service, manage inventory and budgets, and uphold the café’s quality and brand standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily café operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and manage café staff; monitor performance and scheduling. Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, and stock control. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor sales, control costs, and prepare daily and monthly reports. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and café brand standards. Maintain café ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation at all times. Work closely with the kitchen and service teams for seamless coordination. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel/Café Management preferred. 4–8 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting. Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of handling fast-paced operations. Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
