The role involves managing stock levels, verifying deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring proper storage of all food and beverage items. Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and record stock deliveries. Maintain accurate daily inventory logs. Organize items using the FIFO method. Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages. Keep storerooms and refrigerators clean and organized. Coordinate with the kitchen and purchase teams for timely stock supply. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass; experience in inventory or restaurant operations preferred. Basic computer and Excel knowledge. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to lift/move stock (up to 25 kg). Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000/month + PF + ESIC + Service Charge Schedule: Full-time | Rotational Shifts | 1 day Week Off
