We are opening a boutique Lakeview restaurant in Udaipur with Limited tables, offering fine dining with a breathtaking view of Lake Pichola and the Aravalli mountains. Our restaurant is part of a boutique hospitality property and caters to both international travellers and discerning local guests.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (F&B Manager / Hospitality Manager) to lead the restaurant’s pre-opening operations and daily management. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hotel restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage management, who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant pre-opening setup: vendor contracts, inventory, and team onboarding.
• Oversee food & beverage service, reservations, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a small service team.
• Coordinate with chef to maintain fine dining standards in service and presentation.
• Manage restaurant operations including cost control, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI regulations.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and local recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / F&B Manager in hotels, resorts, or standalone restaurants.
• Familiarity with POS Billing softwares.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations in Udaipur preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy hours.
• A passion for guest service and fine dining hospitality.
