Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (F&B Manager / Hospitality Manager) to lead the restaurant’s pre-opening operations and daily management . This role is ideal for someone with a background in hotel restaurant operations, guest service, and food & beverage management , who is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Lead restaurant pre-opening setup: vendor contracts, inventory, and team onboarding. Oversee food & beverage service , reservations , and guest satisfaction . Recruit, train, and supervise a small service team . Coordinate with chef to maintain fine dining standards in service and presentation. Manage restaurant operations including cost control, inventory management, vendor negotiations, and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, hygiene, safety, and FSSAI regulations . Build guest loyalty through personalized service and local recommendations . Requirements 2+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager / F&B Manager in hotels, resorts, or standalone restaurants. Familiarity with POS Billing softwares. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages a plus. Familiarity with hospitality operations in Udaipur preferred. Role Overview We are seeking a creative and passionate Chef (Head Chef / Sous Chef / Culinary Expert) to lead the kitchen setup, menu design, and daily operations . This is an opportunity to be part of a new restaurant from the ground up and shape its identity. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a seasonal menu blending Indian and global cuisines. Manage all aspects of the kitchen pre-opening setup (purchasing, suppliers, hygiene standards). Oversee food preparation, plating, and consistency at fine-dining standards. Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance . Control costs, manage inventory, and source ingredients from local vendors. Train and supervise a small kitchen team. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
