Restaurant Manager – Good Seoul (Bandra, Mumbai) Good Seoul is a fast-growing QSR brand serving authentic Korean street food in India. After our successful launch in Santacruz, we are now expanding to Bandra, Pune and Bengaluru. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to lead our Bandra outlet. --- Key Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring quality, hygiene & service standards. Lead, train, and motivate the team for consistent customer experience. Handle inventory, vendors, and cost control to achieve profitability. Drive sales targets and ensure seamless delivery & dine-in service. Maintain compliance with FSSAI, safety, and company SOPs. --- Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in QSR / Café / Casual Dining management. Strong leadership & communication skills. Tech-savvy with POS systems and delivery aggregator dashboards.
