Company Name : Roastea Position : Restaurant Manager Education : Any Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management / 12th Pass with 4 years’ Experience Department: Restaurant & Café Management  Job Location : Ahmedabad Vastrapur Experience : 2 to 5 Years – ( Café / Restaurant Management ) Salary : 30,000/- to 35000/-CTC Reports To: Opss Manager   Primary Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including dining area, kitchen, and staff. Ensure smooth functioning of all departments—front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH). Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control. Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Maintain team discipline and resolve conflicts promptly. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints efficiently. Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions if needed. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all guests. Financial Management: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement. Quality and Compliance: Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and ambiance as per brand standards. Marketing & Promotions: Assist in planning and executing promotions and special events. Coordinate with marketing team or local media to increase footfall. Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and quality of ingredients. Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships. Technology & POS Handling: Manage the point-of-sale (POS) systems and billing procedures. Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate with IT if required. Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant / Café or hospitality management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Good financial and analytical abilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Customer-oriented with excellent communication.
