Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of customer service, manage staff effectively, and maintain quality and safety standards, all while meeting financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Oversee food quality, customer satisfaction, and cleanliness of the restaurant. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards. Manage budgets, payroll, and daily financial reporting. Assist with marketing, promotions, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Solid understanding of business and financial management. Familiarity with restaurant software (POS systems, inventory tools). Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and best practices. ServSafe or local food handler certification.
