Greetings !! We are looking for Restaurant Manager. Location: Laketown (kolkata) Salary : 25k to 40k monthly Experience : 10-15 years experience in Restaurant & Banquets (not in hotel only) . About Restaurant : This is a pure veg restaurant . It has it's own banquet and corporate meeting room also. The capacity of this restaurant is 70 seater. Job Details : Must have detail knowledge related to managing each department of a restaurant whether it is FNB, kitchen, front desk, house keeping etc. Must know to prepare reports on stock. Look after the complete costing of plates. Look after the business development.
