Job Title: Packaging Supervisor Location: Pachla, Near Uluberia, Howrah Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory as Packaging Supervisor) Education: Any Graduate Shift: Night Shift Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG / Warehouse / Logistics Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor to oversee the packaging operations at our facility in Pachla, near Uluberia, Howrah . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing packaging lines, handling labor teams, and ensuring shift targets are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate packaging activities during night shifts. Manage and allocate work to packaging labor teams efficiently. Ensure packaging is done as per company standards and guidelines. Monitor packaging line performance and troubleshoot minor issues. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the packaging area. Prepare daily shift reports and update records. Train and guide new labor staff as required. Coordinate with the quality team to ensure product standards are met. Minimize packaging waste and optimize productivity. Report to the Plant/Production Manager on daily activities. Candidate Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Packaging Supervisor (must). Strong ability to manage labor and shift operations independently. Experience working in a night shift environment is essential. Good communication and team leadership skills. Should be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Residing in or willing to relocate to Pachla, Uluberia, or nearby areas .
