Packaging Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who can:

• Stay on the production floor, supervise workers directly, and guide them in all processes.
• Check quality of raw materials and finished packaging products.
• Direct and manage production processes including corrugation, lamination, stitching, pasting etc.
• Solve problems immediately on the spot to avoid delays.
• Ensure production targets are met on time while maintaining quality.
• Maintain simple production and quality records.
• Suggest improvements in processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years experience in packaging manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of all packaging processes mentioned above.
• Hands-on approach – must be comfortable working with workers on the floor.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
