Job Description

Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including both front-of-house (servers, hosts) and back-of-house (kitchen staff). Financial Management: Managing the restaurant's budget, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving strategies. Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Customer Service: Ensuring a positive dining experience for customers, handling complaints, and resolving issues. Operational Management: Maintaining quality standards, enforcing health and safety regulations, and optimizing restaurant processes. Marketing and Sales: Developing and implementing marketing strategies, promoting special events, and maximizing sales.
