Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls and lead generation strategies. Sales: Explaining the driving school's services, benefits, and pricing to potential students. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Follow-up: Keeping track of leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving or exceeding monthly or quarterly sales targets. Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and updates related to driving education and licensing.
