Key Responsibilities

People, Culture & Learning

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Foster a

  • Design and oversee

    that enhance technical skills, service standards, and leadership development.

Financial Management

  • Own outlet and cluster

    P&L performance

    —analyze trends, identify opportunities, and optimize costs.
  • Monitor and control

    COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

    and manpower costs to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance on

    budgets, forecasting, and business planning

    .

Customer Experience

  • Ensure

    consistent, high-quality service standards

    across outlets.
  • Build and implement strategies to

    enhance the guest experience

    at every touchpoint.
  • Proactively address customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Development

  • Drive

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience

    in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Strong expertise in

    financial management, P&L, and COGS optimization

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to

    lead culture-building, training, and development initiatives

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    with a people-first mindset.
  • Proven success in

    driving guest satisfaction and business growth
