Restaurant Manager/ ARM

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
• Manage reservations, floor operations, and customer relations.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service consistency.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Support senior management in implementing new initiatives and promotions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (hospitality/food service industry preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
