• Operational Oversight:Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Staff Management:Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff to build a motivated and competent team.
• Financial Management:Create and manage budgets, monitor inventory, control costs, and analyze financial performance to optimize profitability.
• Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high standards for food quality, service, and a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.
• Compliance:Enforce health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations to meet all legal requirements.
• Marketing and Sales:Develop and implement strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
