Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Restaurant General Manager. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing the profit and loss (P&L) of the restaurant, budgeting, and hiring and training staff. The General Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain quality control, and develop strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in P&L Management and Budgeting
Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Hiring and training staff
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
