Job Title: Captain (Service)

Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 + Service Charge, Tips, Food & Accommodation
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off
Salary Cycle: 1st–10th of every month

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant service operations and ensure smooth floor functioning
• Lead and guide stewards to maintain high service standards
• Take guest orders, recommend dishes, and ensure accurate and timely service
• Handle guest feedback, queries, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for efficient service flow
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup as per standards

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in food & beverage service
• Strong knowledge of service procedures and guest handling
• North Indian cuisine knowledge will be an added advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-focused attitude
