Position Overview:

• We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized café environment.

Job Title: Barista

Location: Nepean Sea Road, Grant Road, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 + Service Charge + Food
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift Type: Straight Shift
Weekly Off: 1 weekly off
Salary Cycle: 1st–10th of every month

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including latte, cappuccino, americano, and other espresso-based drinks
• Perform proper latte art consistently as per café standards (mandatory)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area
• Interact with guests confidently, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service quality
• Handle coffee machines, grinders, and daily mise-en-place efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills (must)
• Well-groomed, customer-focused, and confident personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
