Barista

Location: Oman

We are hiring a Barista for a reputed 4 star and 5 star reputed companies in Oman. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, well-groomed, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality beverages and excellent service. This role offers strong growth opportunities within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee stations and equipment
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and product knowledge
• Monitor and manage stock of coffee supplies and ingredients
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Support the F&B team during peak service hours

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and 1 to 2 year expereince
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (mandatory)
• Presentable, smart, and well-groomed appearance
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant operations preferred (not mandatory)
• Must have a valid ECNR Passport
• Male candidates welcome
