Job Description

  • Supervising dining room operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, leading service staff, managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen, and handling issues, emphasizing strong service skills, leadership, and smooth floor management for a superior dining experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service & Satisfaction: Greet guests, manage reservations/seating, answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and coordinate servers and stewards to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient table service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily floor operations, maintain service standards, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between guests, service staff, kitchen, and cashier for smooth order flow and event preparation.
