Position: Restaurant CaptainAs a Restaurant Captain at Momo Delights, you will play a key role in leading the service team, ensuring smooth operations on the floor, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will act as the bridge between the management and service staff, maintaining high service standards and operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Experience: Ensure warm, efficient, and personalized service to guests. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally. Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate the service staff. Allocate tasks and monitor performance to maintain smooth operations. Operational Excellence: Oversee table setups, order taking, billing, and service flow to ensure efficiency and consistency. Coordination: Liaise between the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Standards & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with brand service standards, FSSAI guidelines, and hygiene protocols. Upselling & Revenue Growth: Encourage suggestive selling, promotions, and menu recommendations to enhance guest experience and boost sales. Reporting: Prepare shift reports, track service feedback, and share operational insights with management. Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role in restaurants/QSRs/casual dining. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced service environment. Knowledge of Tibetan/Asian cuisine is a plus
