Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our service team and ensure excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and ensure a warm, welcoming environment Supervise and guide service staff to deliver prompt service Assign tables, take reservations, and handle table arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with kitchen staff for special requests or order modifications Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area Requirements: Proven experience as a Captain/Head Waiter or similar role in a restaurant Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent customer service attitude Knowledge of food and beverages High school diploma or hospitality degree preferred Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Restaurant management: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Kapurthala, Punjab (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
